Love a powder liner. It’s not as harsh as the gel.

This eyeliner requires a LOT of water to use. The water sinks into the eyeliner cake and the resulting liner comes out watery and weak. I had ordered a similar one from overseas and it was the same weak and watery product, which I ended up throwing out.
