This dress was really a perfect cut for my pear shaped figure, but I think it would fit well on any figure. I gave it just 4 stars because I think it would look better on a more mature woman. I tried to love it because it was very pretty and I loved the sleeves and unique "coverage" qualities. However, I feel that it made me look older than I actually am. Also, the shoulders were all stretched out from being on the wrong kind of hanger

I love this dress. I have three weddings to attend in the next three months and decided to get a new dress. Even though I am 57, I still wanted to get something that was fun and sassy. This dress looks great, fits great and makes me feel great! it is true to size and the inner layer of the top is thick enough and snug enough that even though I am big busted I don't need to wear a bra. I am having the dress shortened to tea length and the alterations gal didn't believe me when I told her I wasn't wearing a bra. I also ordered it in brown and it was a beautiful shade which made my decision a little bit harder, but I decided on the black because of the holiday season.

This dress/gown is PERFECT in every way! I purchased this for a Black Tie event in November and I can't wait to wear it! It is elegant and fits perfectly. I was concerned about ordering this online - but I could not be more satisfied with it. My cousin bought this last year in brown for her son's October wedding and I thought it was just gorgeous on her. Was happy to have an occasion to order it in black for myself!

Needed a dress for my son's wedding and this turned out to be perfect! It was a rather last minute internet purchase due to a change of heart on my part abut what I planned to wear, but it arrived as promised in time for the wedding. I had many, many compliments during and after the wedding. Wedding colors were read and black so my black dress worked well for pictures. Great for mother of groom, but I could also see the mother of the bride wearing it as well.
