I was hesitant on spending this much money on a brush... but it really is worth it because it helps with a perfect and even application of foundation. the foundation i use is already expensive, so i want to make sure i don't waste any, and this brush helps me use less foundation, but still cover every area.
only thing is it did shed a little at first, but after i washed it that stopped.
This brush came highly recommended by beauty bloggers, so I took the plunge. It's soft, easy to use, and I haven't noticed lost bristles. When I clean it, it does stain the paper towel that I lay it on to dry. Most people recommend the 187 for applying Mineralize Skinfinish products, but I find it to be too subtle, especially with lighter colors. However, I do like it for applying really pigmented, dark blushes. I'm pale, and this brush helps me use a lighter touch with intense colors. My only issue is that it's a little large for a blush brush, and I should have gotten the 188.
This is by far the best brush to use for applying liquid foundation. It gives you a natural looking finish that almost appears to be air brushed. Make sure you clean it regularly bc the bristles tend to flatten and loose shape if not properly cared for. I experienced it and had to thus buy a new one.
This brush works wonders! I use it to apply the mac skin finish natural powder. It helps makes my face look really flawless, natural, and not cakey at all! It does shed sometimes, but not enough for me to bump it down a star. I am planning on purchasing this brush for my sister.
