The right brush for the job!

Prosperfect!
I had a make up artist (not a Nordstrom or MAC representative) recommend this brush to help me reproduce the polished look that she created for my foundation. While the brush was on order, I used a different brush and could not get the same look. As soon as this brush arrived, and I applied my foundation with it - I was stunned at how the right tools make all the difference! The brush is soft and produces an even foundation that sticks. I highly recommend this brush. And, make certain to take care of it. A good brush like this can last for decades if cared for correctly.

Mine sheds like a beast! I like stippling brushes in general, just not this one. It does a fine job of blending, but the shedding is terrible and now I never use it.

Prossoft
This is the only mac brush I like. It's soft and blends my makeup perfectly. I can use this for any look-- light or layered. There's also been a few times I woke up late, but my skin was a disaster and I was able to put a coat on in 30 seconds and it looked surprisingly good. I use light strokes, it does leave my face a little wet but with setting powder it's flawless.

Ive been using this brush to apply my foundation for years. It leaves a perfect finish and my foundation looks flawless. Its been through a lot, lol, four years now and its been chewed on by my dog and is now sadly starting to shed. Time for a new one!
