I now own 5 pair of the Wilbert Comfort shoes. They are the best shoes that I've ever worn. I especially like the craftsmanship and the support that they offer.

These shoes are advertised as being made in the USA. The pair I received was made in the Dominican Republic. A response to a review posted OVER A YEAR AGO said that current stock should all now be made in the U.S., and that the shoes must have "slipped through the cracks." Well, I guess these cracks are fairly large. I will be returning them.

We're very sorry for any confusion or frustration regarding the origin of our Wilbert Comfort shoes. All of our information indicates that the shoes are assembled in the U.S. from imported materials. Products purchased at AllenEdmonds.com or at Allen Edmonds stores may be returned within 90 days of purchase provided that the item is unused, not customized, and accompanied by the packing slip.

Alternately, you may return the order by mail. To create a postage-paid return label, simply visit the page below:
Under the heading "Returns Policy" go to the Returning Items by Mail and click on the section that reads as:
"Click here to track your order and generate a return label"
When you are ready to send the order back, repackage the shoes in the original brand box, include the return form inside, and tape the shipping label to the outside of the box. You can drop your return off at any staffed FedEx Office.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges through the warehouse. If you prefer a different size, color, or style, simply place a new order at your earliest convenience.
