Fits and feels like an athletic shoe.

The shoe fits my foot (narrow mid foot wide forefoot) very well. Feels like I could play a set or two in these. Good arch support. Also wear AE 42 last. Its taken several years and several pairs of mildly uncomfortable shoes to find my personal Allen Edmunds fit. I wish Allen Edmunds would take this more seriously. Most authorized fitting sites have a Brannock Device and a 65 last D width shoe to try on, That's it. You ought to have a couple of places in the country with every last, width, and size to try on. I've made the trek to Port Washington and even there you're missing a lot. Now that I have found the correct size the difference in comfort is noticeable. Build and quality of the shoe is pretty spectacular when you consider price point. American in the tradition of half ton pickup from Ford or GMC but not quite English in quality control.

I have very narrow feet and have purchased 3 pairs previously. They are long wearing and always comfortable.
