Great shoes very comfortable.

This was my second pair of Wibert Shoes. The first pair lasted 7 years resoled many times. Walked in them every day all day long through many long dog walks. No stitching ever broke and leather remained perfect. They are very comfortable. Finally they flattened out a little after 7 years so time to get a new pair. If you want comfortable shoes, for causal or dress you can’t go wrong with Wiberts by Allen Edmonds.

Good contemporary style for guys with narrow feet!

Great style, comfortable sole, true to size width, runs a little long. Heal rides up and down a little, likely due to lower cut of style, will get used to it. It is hard to find long and narrow men's shoes for casual/business casual, Wilbert works. Consistent AE quality!

Quality Control Issue

I love the Wilbert, having worn this style for years. Unfortunately this particular pair had an issue. During construction the padding in the collar ( around the ankle area ) was sewn in out of place. The rear of the padding strip actually ended up down inside the heel, causing an uncomfortable bulge. Have returned and re-ordered. Hoping for a better pair.

I had to return my original order for fit. I believe the issue was my foot and not your sizing. Your customer service representative handled my return and reorder exceptionally well. All credit card charges and refunds were done timely. The reorder pair has a slight flaw in the dye on one shoe. I choose to ignore it and not go through the return process again.
