Good shoe. Worthless shoelaces.

I've ordered AE shoes for about 20 years. These are cheapest shoelaces I've ever found in any shoes I've ever bought anywhere. They're garbage. They're cheap plastic strips that AE should be ashamed to have their reputation associated with. I understand the need to cut costs but this is a joke. It'd be better not to include laces at all rather than this junk. Now I have to go buy a pair of decent laces for a brand new pair of shoes. Thanks AE.

Seems to be what you’d expect from A&E. Mine are brand new, but and top flight.

I’d certainly recommend these. A little more breakin is required compared with 5th Ave. or Park Ave. models, but that’s to be expected given its thick sole. Arch support is great.

I'm on my feet all day. These had an insert and rubber soles. Totally different than most of their other shoes. I own several of both and will just buy these from now on.
