[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had another comfort shoe from Allen Edmonds but they no longer make it. This shoe was a little rough on my heel for a couple of days, but now is absolutely the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn.

My 3rd pair in 6 years. Looks great, comfortable, stylish. My only complaint is that the people at the factory don't know how to put the laces in. I'd prefer they don't put them in at all....the way they put them in look "pretty", but the customer needs to redo them.... Plus .. the laces are too slippery to stay tied. Prefer the "cotton" kind.

If you’re over 70 and are not ready to join the canvas and Velcro set, this is the shoe for you. It is easily the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I own several pairs, and my Wilberts have carried me on Bright Angel Trail, up the steep streets of Bergen and Puerto Vallarta, and atop The Great Wall. I even wear them to work as an electrician. The other day I checked my phone APP and saw that I had climbed 44 floors that day. A customer asked me why I wore such nice shoes for work. I asked her, “What are my feet worth?” It is impossible to brag on these shoes enough.

I bought two Wilberts. The first one was great - It was the light brown one- well really orange. It kind of grows on you. It is a sharp looking shoe. I liked it so much I splurged and got the dark brown as a “second”. This one was OK. Size ran a half size larger and a little wider. The white stitching makes it a little less than a full dress shoe and a little more than a casual shoe. It’s just slightly larger than the first pair, but I’ll keep it, it still a comfortable shoe. Very comfortable walking shoes.
