I have been wearing Wilberts for 15 years. They are my go to casual shoe. As a loyal AE customer, I will be extremely disappointed if they are permanently discontinued.

I love this shoe. The fit is good and the shoe is comfortable. However, the quality is almost a factory second level. The problem is with the sloppy way the sole is knitted to the shoe. When I eventually resolve these shoes this can be corrected.

Perfect casual shoee

The Wilbert is an extremely comfortable, well-made shoe. It endures all climates, looks great, and is very durable. Perfect for business casual.
I have owned my pair of Wilberts since 2008 and have resoled them twice. I just got them back after the second resole, but I changed the sole from the soft rubber, hollow heel original to a hard, leather-and-rubber sole. This should help these wonderful shoes last another 20 years.
