I have always used Clinique lotion for over 10 years and have used “combination oily to oily”. First time I have used GEL and this made my skin dry. It’s summertime, so I thought I still continue to use it, but it didn’t improve.... so make sure when you are buying, pay attention to GEL vs LOTION
I use the Clinique Dramatically Different gel in the mornings b/f applying my makeup. It goes on smooth and leaves no greasy residue. Feels very light. Better for day use than the Dramatically Different lotion that I use at night.
I actually turned my mother on to Clinique several years ago when her standard cleansing and face care products started giving her allergies. She has oily skin and loves the toner and this moisturizer. She’s never gone back to anything else since, and I’m about to purchase my next bottle. I have combo skin and this is the only summer moisturizer that I will wear that doesn’t feel like a pool of oil sitting on my skin. Also, kudos to the container design for not making me waste product.
Clinique never disappoints! I’ve been using this line now for 25 years It was handed down to me by my mom. I think it’s become a family tradition for many of us. My brother uses the men’s line, and I recently introduced my preteen niece to the acne line.
