I ordered these boots in both a 7 and an 8, as I am generally a 7 1/2- the 8 fit best, however for me, I just did not like them. They were hard to get into, hard to get off, and I just couldn't see myself wanting to go through this every time I wanted to wear them. The boot is very narrow length wise, which probably contributes to the lack of ease with the putting on/ taking off. You have to lace them when you get them , and that takes some skill as well, as the suede strap doesn't have a binded end , like shoe laces . You're literally sitting there trying to get this string which is equivalent to a wet noodle, through the boot hole. Once you have accomplished lacing, give yourself a high five because you have to unlace them to get them off. I wanted to like these so badly. 2 thumbs down for me. Maybe I'll stick to the regular moc shoe.
I have a shorter pair of Minnnetonka boots that I've had for years so when I seen these I hoped they would be just as successful.. and they were! I have wider calfs and was afraid they wouldn't come up all the way.. I was wrong! They come all the way up and they don't slide down, the thick rubber bottom is great quality.. I get stopped and questioned about these boots every time I wear them. My friend suggested that I get protective spray for water splatters but it rained recently and i had 0 issues with them being stained. Great fashionable boot ❤
These boots are so comfy and cute. The description says to order a size down so I did and they fit a little snug but I prefer that in this style of boot.
