Never got ANY of the freebies

Only decided on buying the order because of the deals with how much freebies accompanied the purchases I made so I could get presents for both the men and women in my family utilizing the freebies with the items I purchased BUT I never received the freebies which completely ruined and devestated my Christmas. I called so many times last year. It made zero sense that they had me pick up some items, sent others to my home address— Then “apparently” sent the freebies to a PO Box that I had previously rented but had canceled and was no longer in my name for at least 6 months prior. I bet some store employee took them and manipulated the system to make it appear to go to an address which the address wouldn’t be looking for the items - super expensive freebies I may add and the only reason I agreed to the entire order. But after calling. going to the store multiple times I just got a less than half-hazard “sorry” as it was crystal clear no one cared about their customers. Nordstrom charges an absurd amount for their fine products and offers no free shipping which I think is tacky and classless. And to Jerry-rig shipping to three separate locations when I said I would pick up but they claimed not all items were available and they would mail the rest … gee thought that meant they would mail the rest to my home address and not half to my home address and half to a post office box that had been closed that I had had on file but did not request to use plus I know the folks at the usps store that I had my PO Box at - they would have called me — like they did with ALL my other expensive gifts that year if they arrived after the cancellation of my PO Box. Inside job to rob a former very loyal customer out of their hard earned freebies by manipulating the system. Because of the complete lack of any accountability or interest in assisting to resolve this situation I will not buy anything from Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack anymore. Thieves.

Thick and sits on top of my lips

This is horrible - it feels like I'm wearing thick hand lotion on my lips. What a waste of money.

This lip balm didn’t really help my chapped lips but it probably didn’t make them worse either. Just a so so product.
