This is only my second pair of Keen's, because my first pair lasted about 7 years. With the straps, the fit can be as snug or as loose as you want. The fully enclosed toe box gives great protection.

I purchased a pair of Keens while on vacation in Chicago from the Michigan Ave store. Fast forward almost a year and the shoe began falling apart. The toe box came apart and the elastic was badly stretched. I contacted the manufacturer and was given some pretty bad instructions in how to repair them myself. After a failed attempt I called Keen again who then directed me to Nordstrom as Keen wouldn't warranty them. Since I bought them on vacation I didn't have a receipt or the box. Nordstrom customer service took care of me anyway. Thanks!

Keens are amazing. They have a generous toe box so they fit my feet perfectly. I wanted a sandal that keeps your feet cool while still protecting the toes. Wear them all the time. I also have Keen hiking boots and Keen shoes. I swear by them. Nordstroms is amazing. Best customer service on the planet.
