Slipping out of the slippers

I bought these in-soles for my Coquette Ugg slippers. Unfortunately, when I walk, they slip out the back. I bought the same size as my slipper; the fit is good and my feet feel like they're in new slippers! I think I've solved the problem of the in-sole slipping out by gluing them in. I'm hoping so!

Bought these as an insert to my slide on slippers. (love the slippers....) I think for those I should have gone half a size down. However, the quality of the insert is amazing and they absolutely make the shoes feel brand new.

Just not for me... Well made and very nice, however they didn't fit in my slippers (way too thick), and when I tried them in my boots the old insole doesn't remove, so... sent them back. Darn... These would have revived slippers or boots had they been thinner. It would be great if Ugg offered replacement liners for slippers at least.
