This dual ended liquid lip goes on smooth with a thin, but not runny texture. It has a standard doe foot applicator. It wears well throughout the day (it does not budge at all) it is not at all drying or patchy on the lips. The shade tender beige is a true nude or "my lips but better shade. It doesn't seem to pull too pink or orange, but there is enough warmth, to not make lips look ashy. I can see this shade working on most skin tones from porcelain, to olive, to brown. The downside, is that though it dries down nicely, it retains a somewhat tacky finish, that may bother some. That must be why there is a clear gloss on the other end...presumably to act as a topcoat. Once applied, lips lose that "tacky finish". The gloss topper gives lips a satiny, glossy finish. Not too shiny, but most definitely not a " matte lip look. Otherwise this wears comfortably throughout the day and is not at all drying. I sometimes top it with a sheer lipstick instead of the gloss ( such as those from Lipstick Queen. Black lace rabbit is my favorite on top of the tender beige)
This formula is SUPER drying, and the color turns flaky and clumpy shortly after putting it on. Also, the container leaks, so the gloss gets everywhere. It's a mess. Very disappointing.
