Item is great. As expected. The problem was with the order. Ordered online, picked up in store. Item was gift wrapped. Gift wrap ended up tearing and needed to be rewrapped. After unwrapping, the item in the box was completely wrong. wrong style, wrong size, wrong color. Had to go back to the store to thankfully get the correct item. Clerk was very helpful.
