These shoes run large. I normally wear a 10, ordered 9.5 and they were still too large. They tend to be wide as well.

Classic, tts (I normally wear 8.5 or 9 and got an 8.5) and versatile
Definitely flat so I put inserts in but worth it.

I love converse. this is my second pair from the last ones I bought, which was 2 years ago. I love them and plan on rebuying whenever needed. they're really comfortable and super cute.
