This mascara primer is good to use as a base for my Lancome mascara. It gives my lashes a fuller look. i have only one minor problem. i have to use it quickly or it will dry a little too fast.
I had planned to go in for an much overdue make-over in February 2020. I procrastinated long enough to have to wait until May 2021. Lacey at Oak Park Mall Nordstrom in Overland Park, KS helped me. She is INCREDIBLE! I received samples of this numerous times in gifts-with-purchase and just never bothered to buy in spite of it making a big difference to the final effect of my mascara. So, in the spirit of the make-over, I bought it and will again!
