new formula with air pockets

Firstly I have used this item quite a bit before. I loved it. It smelled lightly floral with a comforting iris type of cozy that made me say relazx and feel comforted whenever applying. It had the same fragrance as does/did? the foaming creamy cleanser which I also love/loved? The product that I received smells like cilantro.(moss?) It is irritating. It no longer does a masterful de-puffing. It used to be that if yiu put some on at night you would have no puffiness come morning. It does not reduce any expression lines under the eyes either. The cream is usually super cushiony. It is more oily now. It is not the same and upon closer inspection I did see that atleast four ingredients had been removed and there is a new patent pending. long and short, it does nothing. I couldn't be more disappointed. The jar that I received looks like a collapsed souffle. There are very large air pockets within the product. I have no choice but to return. Please LA PRAIRIE put this back together. If they go back to original formula I will re-purchase .

I have been using la prairie for many years. I have extremely sensitive skin and have never had any problems with la prairie. I use the original cellular eye, day and night cream. I do get complements on my skin and I credit it to la prairie skin care.
