This is the best eyeliner I've owned. I have used so many different ones and this Clinique one is the best. It doesn't smudge or run like others. It feels great upon applying it as it doesn't feel dry. I've had to use an oil based eye makeup remover because when you wash your face at night, it doesn't completely wash off.
