This is a soft liner, easy to put on and it stays on well. I have been so disappointed that Clinique keeps discontinuing products I like - it is a relief that this is still available.
I love this eye pencil. And I've tried just about every brand out there. Its perfect for we older ladies with looser skin around the eye area as it doesn't skip and goes on smoothly and evenly. The shimmer in the pencil is just enough and the liner lasts all day without smudging. You do have to sharpen it regularly, so buy a cheap kids pencil sharpener (it works perfectly) as it does not come with one. I've tried all 3 of the color options and they are all great. Worth the money!
