Leaves my dry skin feeling wonderful and it really does smell like birthday cake. I like, however, that the aroma doesn't stay after it is washed off. I don't want to go around all day smelling like a birthday party.
I bought this as a treat for me and I love it. It's creamy and smells awesome just like cake. It gives me my daily fix of something sweet without the calories, sugar & carbs!

I love the philosophy scents but this one is fragrance free! It does not smell remotely like vanilla or anything cake like. It has no scent at all....
