I was looking for more of a rose-colored blush, but the Amour turned out to be more peach-colored in person. Nonetheless, I'm still giving it 4 stars because it's a beautiful color anyhow, and the quality of the blush is smooth perfection, as expected. I'm a longtime NARS blush user, and I was devoted to Orgasm for years. The Amour is pretty much the same peachy-pink as Orgasm, but it is a matte color without the gold shimmer--good if you have blemishes. The color is very concentrated, so a little goes a long way, but the smooth texture does make it easy to build if you want a more pigmented look.
I love the blend ability of NARS blush. Normally I get the Orgasm shade but this time I purchased Sex Appeal. It’s a light pink which works well with my fair skin coloring. If your skin isn’t fair it may not work for you.
