These blotting papers work just fine, but I especially love the case. The mirror is the perfect size for carrying in your purse and it stays clean unlike the mirror in my compact.

I've been using a Chanel blush compact as a mirror but recently, the latch broke. I've been on a hunt for a no-frills mirror that will last forever, and I think this Bobbi Brown compact is the real deal! I didn't get this for the blotting papers-- those are just okay. Kind of thin and I don't think it really absorbs oil as well as your drugstore Clean and Clear stuff. But the concept works and you can potentially refill this with your personal blotting papers.
They work great and the case looks good too. Nice that it has a mirror. I love Bobbie Browns products. U get what you pay for and she has quality goods.
