I just used it for the first time today with some of MAC's matte lipstick. I put it on early this morning, been drinking out of a fat straw all day, just ate a salad for lunch, and then went to reapply. To my surprise, no need. My lip color has lasted beautifully for 6 hours and counting.

when i first got this, i couldnt see what the fuss was about. it just felt like a slippery chapstick. then I would apply lipstick over top, and it just felt like i was putting lipstick over chap stick! BUT, once i figured out you just have to wait a couple minutes after you apply it, then WOW, its great! NOW i get it LOL it feels like slick chap stick at first, but after a couple minutes, it sets and sort of dries a little ( but it's not drying to your lips ) THEN you apply your color. definately does what it says it does!

I just started my makeup collection last year. I have a few lip primers in my collection, but this one is my fave and my go to. I highly recommend it.
