Such a shame

Loved this product but after the 3rd use I went to use it and it had snapped off. I was also extra careful with it as I read this had happened to others, so all in all a complete waste of money.

These can be a little more delicate so you are right to not put too much pressure on it but we certainly wouldn't expect them to snap like this after normal use. Really does extend the life of lipstick

I first bought this a couple of years ago when it was recommended by one of the MAC artists. I wasn't overly impressed but kept buying it - like some of the other reviewers, I think it is a great moisturiser. A week or so ago, I decided to give it another try as a primer, so put it on about 15 minutes before I put my lipstick on. I usually use a pencil to line my lips and the pale lip pencil (I think it's called nude) over my lips to give the lipstick a bit of 'grip.' After about 15 minutes, I applied my lipstick as usual and it lasted all the way through to lunch, even with drinking several cups of tea. I've used it this way several times now and it really does make a difference, and not just to Mac lipsticks. I am totally sold.

Wow, just wow!

I purchased this for the means of lip care. I've read the reviews stating that its a great moisturizer... Well, I was blown away that very night. I put it on before bed... (Alittle back story, I've always been someone who bit the flaky skin off my lips, always have since I was little. My lips have always then had indents and callused spots in the middle on my bottom lip from the damage.) okay back to the story... The morning after I had put it on my lips, my lips were like New! I'm serious, the dark spots that are usually there were gone. I had picture perfect lips. Since then, I've been putting it on whenever I feel like my lips are chapped or just to start the day with it. I'm SOOOOO glad that I got this. It's alittle expensive, but to have normal looking lips, even showing up on camera without the lip callus...WORTH IT!
