Feels a bit waxy initially but once you get used to it, it works as it is supposed to work. Little to no feathering, lipstick goes on over it with ease or it can be used alone.
Love this MAC lip Prep-Primer. First tried after purchasing in MAC store in downtown Palm Springs. Order two at a time now because the desert is so drying to my lips. Also, keeps lip color from "feathering" since I am "of an age." :)
