I bought this day after having several matte red lipsticks that I found tricky to apply and not make my lips look dry. WOW how did I ever live without it!! Must buy!! End result is amazing, lips feel smooth and conditioned. Recommend to anyone.

I purchased this with plans to mainly wear this under my matte lipsticks. Well ,it works great under mattes but turns out to be great under any formulation as it turns out. My lipglass goes on smoother and seems to last longer with this primer. I use it under everything now. I also didn't expect it to be so conditioning. My lips were dry and discolored before but now have nice pinky moisturized appearance-- very nice. If you're on the fence about this just try it, you'll love it. Just remember not to apply lip color right away. Give this product a few minutes to get tacky before adding lipstick or gloss. This will now be a staple for me going forward. Well done MAC!!

I have really dry everything in the winter I was putting lip Vaseline on under my lipstick which was good but very thick and often altered the color of the lipstick. This however is perfect. I put it on under my lipstick and my color and texture look great!

Amazing with Matte Lipsticks

I really love this product! It is great with applying before your apply your matte lipstick. It stops the dryness or that struggle you have when u first apply a matte lipstick. Plus it really does stay on ALL NIGHT& DAY! I did not have to reapply lipstick at all that day.
