Works for me. Per saleswoman's instructions, I put on and wait a little bit and then apply lipstick. No smudge on a drinking glass. Color lasts a long long time.

This lip liner goes on extremely well and stays put. It defines my lips and prevents bleeding. It is a good price and a good choice.

This is a great product. I have used lip primers before and they would change my lipstick color. This one does not. It also feels so good!
