I use this every time before applying a lipstick or a lip gloss-keeps my lips hydrated and completely protects from the reds bleeding through-works great!
This was disappointing...I normally use Urban Decay’s Ozone Primer and will continue using it. This primer did not make lipstick adhere longer and changed color of my lipstick.
