Meant to smooth lips and make color of lipstick pop - not moisturizing. Does a fine job and applies nicely. Is slightly overpriced for what it does/amount of product (usually only lasts me a month or two). Still is my go-to until I find anything else that works as well or better for a better price...
I love Mac lipsticks but unfortunately for me, they are drying for my lips. I decided to buy this primer in hopes it would help the dryness and I was not disappointed. I will definitely buy again.
