I have finally found my go to lip primer, thank goodness. I must have tried at least 8 different products to help stem the problem of lipstick bleeding, of any and all pricing categories. This MAC product by far does the best job. It is moisturizing but in a subtle way, not like some wetter feeling primers I have used. It has allowed me use some very deep colors without a problem. My lipstick stays on for hours and hours which is an additional bonus, but the fact that I don’t have the “wandering, feathering” lip color up and down from my lips is the best! No more trials for me, I will be a loyal customer from now on.
Meant to smooth lips and make color of lipstick pop - not moisturizing. Does a fine job and applies nicely. Is slightly overpriced for what it does/amount of product (usually only lasts me a month or two). Still is my go-to until I find anything else that works as well or better for a better price...
I love Mac lipsticks but unfortunately for me, they are drying for my lips. I decided to buy this primer in hopes it would help the dryness and I was not disappointed. I will definitely buy again.
