I love this. My go to for years. Soft and hydrating. My primary reason for applying before lipstick or liner is to prevent color bleeding. It works with every lipstick brand I've tried. Nordstrom even price-matched the competition.
Must-have for perfect lipstick application. Apply and let "set" for at least a few minutes for best results. It will become slightly tacky and allow for lipliner and lipstick to have great staying power.
