Lets the lipstick glide on smoothly. I used it together with the Mac ruby woo lipstick, which some have colplained is drying, but I have found that this keeps my lips hydrated.

Must-have for perfect lipstick application. Apply and let "set" for at least a few minutes for best results. It will become slightly tacky and allow for lipliner and lipstick to have great staying power.
