This is one of the best lip primers around! Can easily use any lip pencil on my ready lips.
Just don't wind too far up or you will loose part of the primer in the cap.

MAC Prep and Prime Lip is awesome. LIpstick stays longer and your lips feel full and luscious. Love this product. Been using it for years.
