Definitely improves the look of your lipstick. I bought this on a whim after reading the good reviews. I am so glad I did !

I can't say I notice a huge difference when I wear this. It makes my lips slightly more moisturized, but otherwise I wouldn't say it was very effective. I wouldn't buy again.
