It definitely works, you just have to wait a minute or so after applying until the balm gets sticky, then use the lip products. Glad this was created!

I wear this daily with my lipstick. It helps reduce smudging and increasing the longevity of your lip color-even after my morning coffee. I would suggest putting it on and letting it set before putting on your lipstick.

Only used this once so far, but it made even the matte-est of lip colors go on and stay on well. Also really helped cut down on the dryness.
