Smooth and silky, leaves lips feeling moisturized and smooth. Ready for lipstick. I tried this as a base for Ruby Red lipstick and it did the job. I went all day without feathering.

This prep-primer drys our my lips and does not what it say it would do. Waste of money, disappointed in the product.
I don’t know why some reviewers are equating this with Chapstick. Sometimes I have feathering on my upper lip and my lipstick doesn’t seem to last. I applied this before a night out… Four hours later, my lipstick was still in place after eating and drinking… no feathering, And no touch up needed. I love it.
