Mac lip (Prep + Prime) is a good moisturizing product that works. It applies clear so it doesn't change your lipstick color. It also keeps your lipstick from bleeding. I love this product.

Prosnon-sticky, creamy, moisturizing
I've used lip primers in the past, while they did a nice job making my lipstick stay in place they tended to be drying. This is a wonderful primer. The fact that it's moisturizing is a wonderful bonus. Lipstick just glides on.

This is a great product. It really helps smooth your lips before putting on your lipstick/gloss; and makes it last longer. This is a must have.
