Mac lip (Prep + Prime) is a good moisturizing product that works. It applies clear so it doesn't change your lipstick color. It also keeps your lipstick from bleeding. I love this product.

Prosnon-sticky, creamy, moisturizing
I've used lip primers in the past, while they did a nice job making my lipstick stay in place they tended to be drying. This is a wonderful primer. The fact that it's moisturizing is a wonderful bonus. Lipstick just glides on.

Prosmoisturizing
This lip primer conditions my lips and lipstick does not bleed. The color stays on my lips all day without replenishing. You can even use it without the lipstick. It is my favorite & I never wear lipstick without applying this primer first.
