I'm in my 70s and my lipstick runs without a primer. This works great, I apply it on and around my lips, blot with a tissue, then apply lip liner and lipstick. No runs, and lips stay nice longer.

I really like this. It holds the lip product longer and at least keeps a stain of the lip color.

I’m in my 40s and it works great for preventing bleeding of lipstick. It’s also very moisturizing.
