Of the several different prep and primers I have tried, even though some are less expensive, MAC's lip primer is my favorite. It works well with both lipstick and with lipgloss. Also, even with daily use, it lasts a good long time.

I was really looking forward to this lip primer however i found it drying - didn't help with lasting color.

I was quite impressed with this product. Totally eliminates feathering, is humectant, and helps my lipstick to last. I always carry one in my bag and keep one on my vanity.
