Of the several different prep and primers I have tried, even though some are less expensive, MAC's lip primer is my favorite. It works well with both lipstick and with lipgloss. Also, even with daily use, it lasts a good long time.

This product keeps my lips hydrated and colours stay on smoothly. It makes my lips ready for any MAC lip products to follow. Cannot live without it!

I was really looking forward to this lip primer however i found it drying - didn't help with lasting color.
