Hands down the best. I use it as a balm by itself sometimes. But this, a lip pencil and a lipstick with a light spritz of setting spray and you are set!

It feels so soft. It helps only if you apply it before lipsticks.

I love everything about this primer, sometimes I use it as a lip balm because its so moisturizing. I love how you can build it up, and it provides the most perfect coverage. It really makes your lip products last.
