It feels so soft. It helps only if you apply it before lipsticks.

I love everything about this primer, sometimes I use it as a lip balm because its so moisturizing. I love how you can build it up, and it provides the most perfect coverage. It really makes your lip products last.

It felt great applying to my lips, I like that it nourishes and softens the lips. It's great product before lipstick I highly recommend it. I need more volume for the price.
