I never wear Mac lipstick without prep and prime lip since I have tried this item. It leaves a light and comfortable feeling on your lips and lipstick goes on so smoothly (even matte and retro matte lippies). It extends the wear of lipsticks and stops any dry patches or flakes. Ive just ordered two more.

I also found this to be no big deal and didn’t significantly either prime lips or maintain lip liner or lipstick. I’ve been using Too Faced Shadow Insurance for years and that DOES make a noticeable and reliable difference. (Putting eyeshadow primer on my lips hasn’t made me sick, poisoned, or killed me in any way. It’s fine.)

I use this every day as a part of my morning make-up routine. It's the last thing I apply before I set my makeup. I don't use it under lipstick, necessarily; I'm not a big lip color person. I like it as an alternative to lip balms, which can feel too thick. I can't stand my lips to feel dry, and I keep one in every purse and in my make-up bag.

I love this stuff my lips are very sensitive and swell up with just about all chapsticks and lip moisturizers. This is the only product that moistures my lips safely! For that alone I would wholeheartedly recommend to family and friends.
