Lip Primer fail

I love MAC and have used MAC almost exclusively for at least 30 years, isn't that crazy? Anyway, I wear darks and brights for lipstick and had tried this Prep and Prime for lips about 5yrs ago. I found it deeply disappointing. It does not promote long wear like I expected. So I have used another brand of lip primer for a long time and now cannot find it so, tried the MAC one again...still extremely ineffectual for me. Very disappointed. I will be returning it.

This stuff is amazing!! My lips have been so dry and cracking lately. Wearing matte lipstick waa impossible. But along came this product. My lips are now smoothe and wearing matte is my new my love!

I find a lot of lipsticks really drying on my lips. This has been great for me. It keeps my lips looking moist and the colour stays on well.
