No Big Deal

I also found this to be no big deal and didn’t significantly either prime lips or maintain lip liner or lipstick. I’ve been using Too Faced Shadow Insurance for years and that DOES make a noticeable and reliable difference. (Putting eyeshadow primer on my lips hasn’t made me sick, poisoned, or killed me in any way. It’s fine.)

I use this every day as a part of my morning make-up routine. It's the last thing I apply before I set my makeup. I don't use it under lipstick, necessarily; I'm not a big lip color person. I like it as an alternative to lip balms, which can feel too thick. I can't stand my lips to feel dry, and I keep one in every purse and in my make-up bag.

I love this stuff my lips are very sensitive and swell up with just about all chapsticks and lip moisturizers. This is the only product that moistures my lips safely! For that alone I would wholeheartedly recommend to family and friends.

I'm not sure why people go crazy for this product. I tried with different MAC lipsticks (including matte and sheen types) and noticed absolutely Zero difference. I don't think I can even call it a lip balm b/c my lips didn't feel any better when using it under the lipsticks as well. I'm sticking to a bit of clear balm instead of wasting $$.
