I absolutely LOVE this product!! Makes your lips so soft, makes your lipgloss/lipstick glide on so easily. It smells good too. However, when I received mine in the mail, I notice that I cannot adjust the product (can't advance or retract). Soooo disappointed because I want to continue to purchase but will not if I cannot be guaranteed that the product will advance/retract.

It's not creamy like I've read, it's actually a bit sticky once it gets on my lips. However, it prevents my liquid lipstick from getting in the lines of my lips and prevents it from flaking off!
