Ok. So I am in mid 40s and recently became addicted to makeup in a major way. I have many types (mostly matte) lipsticks as well as about 100 matte liquid lips. I LOVE the way the liquid lip looks initially but it feathers and looks horrible within an hour for me. Lipstick at least you can reapply during the day. I have found that when the malfunction happens with liquid lip, you have to completely remove it and start over. There is no going over it. Now this product I was hopeful would make a big difference for me with the liquid lip but it unfortunately does not help with liquid at all. Whomever comes out with the product to help with liquid lip is going to be a star. This one does however help me with my mac product lipsticks. It makes a huge difference in longevity and it looks fresh as new for hours and hours. So what I though I was going to use this for did not work out but it works great for mac lipsticks as primer.

Nice idea, poor execution

This does not work as described for me. I have dry lips but love matte lipsticks. Was hopeful this product would be the solution to all of my problems but that was not to be. When going on it feels lovely but after a couple of hours my lipstick feathers as usual. This has been going on prior to Winter so it is not weather related. I will not repurchase this and am actively looking for a similar but better product elsewhere.

Absolutely love this lip primer. Not only does it go on super smooth and creamy, a little goes a long way! One little swipe will completely cover both upper and lower lip. It makes my lipstick/liner stay on for a good 10 hours even after I have eaten two meals. LOVE!

Have recently started using this with my Matte Taupe Lipstick and it has changed my everyday life! My lipstick doesn't feather or come apart, worth every penny!
