As a makeup lover on a major budget, I bought this primer with high hopes. Unfortunately, it seems to be little more than a higher end scented lip balm. Lipsticks still transferred, which defeats its supposed purpose. I will be returning it.

Really Extends the Wear

I'm not a believer of lip primers but this one is the truth. I was able to extend the wear of my lipstick and glosses. I usually have to reapply multiple times a day but this changed that. I would recommend.

I bought this product because it comes at the best sellers page, and I really need one lip primer before applying the matte lipstick. But it turns out that this lip primer seems nothing special. It just feels like a normal lip balm. Didn't see anything special about it.
